The eyes don't quite have it
- like the overall image. I believe the highlight on the nose needs to be dampened quite a bit and the eyes brightened since they are , in my opinion, the way into this person. No real prob w/skintone as that is a creative choice too

Eyes
- The eyes are tremendous and the treatment is great, but I agree with Liz that the cut off eye is annoying and the hot spot on the nose needs sorting.

Critique
- This image focuses on one of the more striking facial features, eyes. The brushstroke filter overlay helps to even out any skin flaws and focus attention further on the eyes themselves. The left eye is nicely placed at a rule of thirds intersection but the partially cropped out right side eye is distracting. The white highlight on the bridge of the nose is also a bit strong for this image.
