Photo Description
Border Collie dashing through the deep snow after retrieving their frisbee. Snow is kicked up alongside the streaming hair of the collie as they make their way The snow is so deep, you cannot see the collie's legs as they snow plow along, but the flow of the hair and the blurred snow along the sides of the puppy show the speed the collie is moving. The snow on the collie's head is starting a slow tumble down on this massive leap upward by the front paws to come up and out of the snow drift. The puppy did not do a leap and catch of the frisbee as it ran away from us on this blizzardy day, but did find where the frisbee made its landing in the deep snow and triumphantly returns on the run.
EXIF Sony DSLR A200. F5.6 230.0mm focal length. 100 ISO. 1/500 sec.
Advice
- Have fun
- Use the advice to show action by stopping movement or blurring movement or a combination of the two.
- Action shots need room for action even after cropping which seems to be harder than in a static shot.
