Entry #1. Assignment 61 B & W.
This is a night view a street corner in my hometown. The image was shot in RAW format and converted to black and white during processing. Basic processing was used to adjust the overall exposure and convert to black and white.
Advice
- Because this was a night shot I used a tripod and bracketed the exposure. I shot the image in a RAW format that allowed me to easily convert the original image to Black and White and adjust the image for optimum exposure paying close attention to area's of the photo that would produce blocked blacks or overblown highlights. Normal leveling and sharpening adjustments were made to complete the processing.
