May Calendar Contest 2010 Entry: The Happy Pair. These geese were standing near the water with their goslings feeding all around them. It was a perfect Carolina blue sky and water in May with a slight breeze and the geese seemed so happy and proud watching their young around them. I walked carefully toward them with my camera set hoping for them to stay in the position they were in and lift their heads and look at me at the same time. Finally all the goslings came into the frame and they looked up together.
