Each year we take a trip in the summer to the Niagara area to visit my parents. This year I had the opportunity to meet up with two photographer friends I met online in a forum. There were lots of photos of the falls but I wanted to take something different so I zoomed into the base of the falls on the rocks below. There is so much to photograph in Niagara Falls including a butterfly conservatory.
Advice
- Sometimes the mist from the falls will fall like rain at all the best photo spots so, keep your camera covered. Often times, if the sun and mist are just right, you can also capture a rainbow. I used a 200mm zoom to capture this shot.
