Wintery pine. this shot was taken after we had a winter storm come thru. We had up to 6 inches that day. It took around 2 days for the streets to be cleared. We usually get at least one good snow storm each year. By the time they plow the snow it starts looking muddy the chance to get a good white photo op disappears.
This photo would be a good one for the Jan. month. It tells of the wintery month of Jan.
Advice
- Make sure you adjust for the white balance when photographing snow. add 1 to 1.5 on exposure.
