Entry #2: Framing Laurel Flowers. I found this leaf that had actually turned the colors of Fall. I tore a small hole in it, held it over the lens of the camera tightly and framed these Laurel flowers from a bush in our yard and began to shoot the flowers through that hole. I was trying to get the colors and soft black spots of the Fall leaf to blur and frame these white tiny flowers.
Advice
- I used Macro for these flowers that further softened the surrounding leaf detail so the focus was on the flowers.
