Photo Description
Was walking at a garden when I saw this lily towering over all the other plants in a pond. Even though it was a hot June day, it was very windy and I had to be patient. Each time I was ready to take the photo, another hot breeze would whip the flower back and forth since it was on a very tall stalk; eventually, the wind died down and I was able to snap the picture.
Advice
- Just have to be at the right place at the right time in order to catch this flower in full-bloom. I've visited the same flower gardens at different times, and this is the first time I was able to photograph this lily like this ---other times it was not in bloom or just a bud.
