Photo Description
This is another photo of the Great Blue Heron patiently awaiting a juicy fish to snare in his long beak. This photo was taken with a Nikon D 5000. I live in a golf course community and for some reason the birds feel safe enough so that you can get pretty close to them before they fly away.
Advice
- Take many pictures of the same bird and then download at home and carefully select the best one. Many times we don't take enough pictures of the same scene.
