Shot was taken with a Canon Power Shot SX110 IS, on portrait setting...
My front yard. Unknown name for the yellow & red flowers. Salvia are the purple elongated ones in back on left (Humming birds like them), the other blue flowers in front surround some Gladiolas plants I broke off for this shot, the name for them is unknown. A one ton granite rock lies amidst the plants as does a statue I was given a few years ago.
Shot as entry #1 with Glads intact at distance.
Advice
- Which setting to use, I haven't a clue.
- These are my 1st attempts to enter any photo "contest".
