Photo Description
Entry #1: Magnolia. I took this photo for my Mom's Birthday. The Magnolia trees had been blooming and she loves the flowers and fragrance. I had to look for trees that still had flowers and then took the picture because she had been saying how she misses it as she lives in the West now. The flowers are so unique to me I wanted to share one in this assignment.
Advice
- I did not want to remove the flower from the tree so had to find one at a level I could shoot as well as the right lighting. I took a step stool with me and was able to find one that had just opened and was not starting to turn brown.
- Think of what your needs might be for all the equipment you might have to use when going out on a shoot.
