What better way to represent Fall than with this wagon full of pumpkins. The little Amish boy sitting on top of them just adds simplicity to this Fall photo. I was driving by this Amish Farmer's Market when I saw the wagon full of pumpkins pull up. I thought to myself, Fall is on the way. When I noticed the little Amish boy climbing up on top of the pumpkins I could not resist the urge to turn around and try to take his photograph without getting his face. This is one of my most valued photographs.
Advice
- Amish are not fond of having their pictures taken, however if you do not get their faces they don't seem to mind. I like to ask permission from them first. In this case however I just snapped before the opportunity escaped me.
