The photo was taken in early May of this year.
Photo Description
Photo is that of a sailboat moored in a local harbor. The weather had been very dreary and the boat was the only one moored in the area,
as it was early spring. On reviewing the photo I found it to be very dull and boring so I took the option of putting it into Photo.Net and using their Artistic Pen and Ink Filter to obtain the effect seen here.
