Photo Description
Mornings on Whidbey Island create numerous photo opportunities in the natural sunlight. I shot this weathered fence in from of my neighbor's house while out on a walk. The lichen growing on the railings add to the texture of the image. The image was taken with a Canon 10D using a 28 - 70mm zoom lens. Shutter was set to 1/60, aperture f/8.0, ISO speed was 100.
Tips and Tricks
- The repetitive pattern of the fence posts in the natural morning light create some intense shadows.
