This image also uses a fast shutter speed to freeze a splash in sharp focus. The clear glass allows us to see the bottom part of the splash as well and maintain focus on the water itself. The simple background also prevents distraction from the water. In this case, because there is only the one glass with a splash, centering works well to draw attention to the subject because there are no distractions in other parts of the frame.
