Winner and Finalists of Shoes Photography Assignment - #34

While many of our images this assignment used environmental portraiture as a vehicle, this image eliminated everything except the shoes. By using a bright white background and base and centering the shoes, attention in directed squarely on the subject. The placement of the shoes with one in focus and one facing another direction and out of focus adds visual interest to an otherwise simple image.
