Winner and Finalists of Shoes Photography Assignment - #34

This is another example of environmental portraiture although a more formal version, like a formal portrait. The shoes are placed in the foreground and using the rule of thirds to give them emphasis while the animals are placed along a horizontal rule of thirds line to give them secondary emphasis. The slight vignetting and the near monochromatic color scheme give a nice "antiqued" feel to the image that fits well with the subject.
