This image is an excellent example of how a busy image can still call attention to individual parts of the whole. By using the flattening effect of a photograph (going from 3D life to 2D photo), this image nicely shows the separation of the first few flowers from the rest while still allowing the eye to flow from one part of the image to the other. Also the separated flowers fill the lower third of the image to help capture attention through the zone use of the rule of thirds.
