This image remembers the idea of using a vertical frame for a vertical subject. In order to better focus on the face of the animal and the grass being eaten, the subject is cropped in half and the image changed to a vertical format (rather than the horizontal required to show the entire rabbit). This allows the rabbit to be placed close to a vertical rule of thirds line and then the natural curve of the rabbit's ears leads downward to the rabbit's mouth. This gives the viewer a good visual path to follow when looking at this image. The purple flower in the background is a little distracting and could benefit from an even shallower depth of field.
