Winner and Finalists of Assignment #17 - Cold

This is a wonderfully different viewpoint. The photographer has taken a twist on half water/half sky images to bring his camera down to show underneath ice and above ice. The shattered ice in the foreground makes it easy to tell what the subject is and the reflection on the ice adds a nice point of interest.
