Winner and Finalists of Assignment #17 - Cold

Brr! The ducks walking on frozen water combine with the fog and the bits of snow on the beaver dam to make for a very cold feeling image. The composition is well done with the ducks still having room to walk within the frame and the grasses helping to create lines of interest to guide the eyes along a rule of third line. The small channel of running water in the background adds another leading line to draw the viewer's attention even further back into the frame.
