Find the Right Photo Size for Your Room

We are all probably familiar with the "standard" print sizes available at most labs, 8x10, 16x20, 20x30, and others. However, trying to decide what print size you need for your home can be a bit more difficult. The illustration above shows the relative size of the most common photo print sizes hanging over a 6 foot long couch. This illustration should help you easily decide what size print you need by helping you visualize how the print would look above your couch.

Instead of one copy of a print, you might also consider using a grouping of photos to fill more space on the wall if the largest photo size prints are cost prohibitive for you to purchase.
