ShineOff is a plug-in program created by ImageTrends to work with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. This program works to quickly remove nasty shine and glare from faces in portraits. The program does tend to darken skin other than the shiny areas (as you can see in the before and after image) but the overall effect is still very good.
The amount of the effect is controlled by a slider and a preview image is provided for ease of use. There is also a before/after toggle button to allow the user to easily compare the changes to the original image.
