Creating Vignette in PhotoShop Elements

Vignette, or vignetting, is a term that basically means a loss of exposure and clarity at the edges of an image. This originally occurred due to poor lens and camera design. However, as with many accidents, people realized it was actually a useful thing to have around. Vignetting can be strong or subtle but in this tutorial I am creating a strong vignette effect so you can easily see what is being done.
