Your image is now a spot color image. Now you will need to make any needed adjustments to your color. You may make the color more vivid or give it a "washed out" look. The look you choose will be a personal preference and likely influenced by the image itself. If you like the color as it is, then leave it alone.

To select the color area, choose the "select" menu and then choose the "inverse" option. This will return you to having only your color area selected. For this image I want to tone down the vividness just a bit and bring the flowers toward red.

To make adjustments use the "enhance" menu and choose the "adjust color" option. Under the adjust color menu you will select "adjust hue/saturation". This will bring up a pop-up box with slider controls. Make any adjustments to hue, saturation, and/or lightness you desire.
