Although the image is just a touch dark, the yellow-tone lighting works well with the sandals. The angle of the shot adds depth while it is still a gradual enough angle to see good detail on the foreground shoes. The white flower sandals might have been more effective if framed more to the right on a rule of thirds line as they are a strong contrast to the other flowers in the image and would have made and excellent starting point for the eye.
