Winner and Finalists of Slow Shutter Speed Photography Assignment - #68

This image is a great example of the deep, rich color tones you can achieve with a slow shutter speed. The slightly tilted horizon and the foreground mass are the only problems with this image. If a different angle/location had been used the photo would have been much stronger. Even with these problems, the lighting captured is wonderful.
