Winner and Finalists of Night Photography Assignment - #58

The light quality really catches the eye in this image. Because the image was taken closer to dawn there is an ambient light that naturally helps diffuse the contrast of the artificial lights. There is possibly some contrast adjustment done to the image as well. The foreground fire hydrant helps add a splash of strong color in contrast to the varied lights as well.
