These two were kind enough to stay in almost the exact same pose for Stephanie to grab two nearly identical shots except for composition. The rule of thirds image helps to add space to the scene and impact to the dogs. While centering might have worked if the treeline was not visible in the background the lines of the trees crease visual confusion without the strength of a rule of thirds composition to keep the eye firmly focused on the dogs.
