Photography Assignment #81 - Silhouettes

For our first photography assignment of 2011 I want to focus on silhouettes. Silhouette photography forces us to look past our subject's surface and use backlighting and shape to create a visually strong image.

The deadline for this contest will be at 10PM Eastern time on January 15th.

Images must be taken during the contest period to be eligible (January 1, 2011 - January 15, 2011).

Assignment winners will be announced January 21st.
