The photos aren't the only thing missing in this case. Darlene Perrotta is missing after failing to appear at a probation violation hearing. Perrotta and her now ex-husband previously operated photo studio Forever in Time, located in New Hampshire. According to the Eagle Tribune, in February 2011 they were ordered to "provide DVDs of wedding photos or negatives to the couples within 45 days and pay $436,788 in restitution" to 227 couples or spend a year in jail.
Almost all of the couples have received the DVDs and Michael Perrotta has paid some small amount of restitution but Darlene Perrotta has apparently not paid back a single dime so far and the courts want to talk to her about that. After failing to appear for her probation violation hearing an arrest warrant has been issued for the fugitive photographer.
