Many of you have expressed a love of moon photography. October 8th is International Observe the Moon Night and a great time to get out and practice your moon photography. Also, the Draconid meteor shower is expected to peak about the same time. In addition to moon photos you might want to point your camera at a Polaris and set it for a long exposure (a bare minimum of 30 minutes if your battery can handle it) to see if you can capture meteors against a spinning night sky.Moon Photo Tips
