Photography Assignment #64 - Zoo Photography

They say March roars in like a lion so our fun assignment for March is zoo photography! Zoos are a great place to photograph animals you would not ordinarily get the opportunity to see. The last few decades have seen more and more zoos adding much more natural habitat exhibits for these magnificent creatures so that they are happier. These more natural habitat enclosures also make zoo photography much more rewarding for photographers. While there are still fences and barriers, it is generally much easier to take a seemingly "wild" image at a zoo than it was 20 years ago.
