Adobe Releases Updates

As we come into the time of year that many new camera models are released, Adobe has released an update of their DNG (Digital Negative) specifications. DNG 1.3 adds support for the newest cameras and some that have been around a while. DNG 1.3 also includes some new processing help in the form of built in parameters to help with complex operations.

Adobe has also updated Lightroom and Camera Raw to support more cameras. Camera Raw 5.4 and Lightroom 2.4 are available for download from Adobe. These are free updates to existing users of current software versions. DNG specifications can be found at Adobe.com/dng.
