Winner and Finalists of Assignment 26 - Action

Wednesday June 18, 2008
Assignment Action showed us how to look at moments in a different way than recognized by our eyes. Moments too fast for the eye to register were frozen, motion was allowed to unfold on our film, and stationary objects seemed to become transient. As the lesson on Lesson on action photography showed, there are several ways to convey a sense of motion in our images. Our winner and finalists for this assignment did an excellent job of showing different ways to capture the action, both fast and slow. When you are done reviewing the winner and finalist images, be sure to visit the entry thread in the forums to view the other great images submitted for the assignment.

The winner for Photography Assignment 26 - Action is Larry Tetamore!

When you are done reviewing the winner and finalist images, be sure to spend some time enjoying the rest of the entries and additional critiques in the forum entry thread.

Please feel free to add your own images in the forum as well. We have a lot of amazing people as members in our forum and we would love for you to join us! Also, have an ongoing photo of the week competition with winners pulled from the photo sharing area! Now is a great time to show us your best shots!
