Adobe Revises Photoshop Express Terms
Monday April 14, 2008
In a move to address concerns over photo rights, Adobe has revised their Photoshop Express Terms and Conditions to be much more clear in regards to rights granted. These new terms were effective April 10, 2008 and apply to all content posted on the service.
This quick move on the part of Adobe should be welcomed by photographers. In a marketplace where the usual response to rights concerns is silence or dismissal, Adobe has stepped up to the plate and addressed the concerns of their customers.
