From a photographer's rights to a subject's rights, A Legal Handbook for Photographers covers what photographers need to survive in an increasingly sue-happy society. Mr. Krages also covers sensitive topics like handling overzealous security personnel and how to handle confrontations. This is very important information for photographers in a post-9/11 world.
