As promised in my America At Home blog entry, this week's assignment plays off of their daily assignments. This week your assignment is to take an image that represents "home" to you. Your kid covered in mud, your grandmother cooking, or even a pile of laundry can represent home. Take your best shot and post it in the weekly assignment folder in the forum.Oh, and in case you are wondering about the image on the blog today. That image represents home to me. It is the Courthouse in my hometown and one of the first things you see when you come over the mountain towards home.

I like that the focus is as simple as an already existing structure, and I like that it has the feeling of a snap shot randomly taken. A shot that just happens to be amazing. One of those Roadtrip pictures you dont expect to come out. I love it. Good work!
Mallory, is right. good shot, wish there would have been more of the courthouse but an amazing shot none the less. See the clock? how it is interesting to see the time the shot/time was frozen. Wonderful. always like photos with depth…little things that you really have to look to see.
